Currently, Consolidated Mortgage services over 3,000 clients with more than $500 million of capital invested in loans and property in the southwest region of the United States.

Today, from our vantage point, we are seeing buyers step forward to take advantage of real estate market pricing that bears little relationship to intrinsic values. Additionally, canny individuals and institutions are willing to invest in the future in regional markets with strong fundamentals for recovery - some markets continue to show positive movement in their key growth indicators. As a lender in a significantly tightened credit environment, these present significant opportunities.

Given these facts, we have introduced the Investment Advisor Platform for those Advisors seeking the opportunity to further diversify client(s) money with an alternative asset class. Trust deeds can offer clients a stable, double-digit return at a time when returns from many investment vehicles may be scarce.
