Todd B. Parriott

Todd Parriott is the Chief Executive Officer of Consolidated Mortgage. His leadership and keen ability to envision, develop and implement focused business strategies and product, catapulted Consolidated Mortgage to become one of the largest private trust deed investment firms in the United States.

With Mr. Parriott’s comprehensive real estate investment knowledge and solid background in customer relationship management, it comes as no surprise that he continues to create opportunities for investors, lenders and homeowners with the establishment of the following complimentary companies: Desert Capital REIT, Inc., CM Equity, LLC, CMC Financial Services, Inc. and Residential Capital Mortgage Corporation.

Prior to joining Consolidated Mortgage, Mr. Parriott directed the collaboration of marketing synergies to combine two of the largest gaming companies in the United States. He was also responsible for analyzing data of customers and market position to forecast marketing requirements to drive revenue and customer retention.

Mr. Parriott received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Paul Huygens

Paul Huygens is the President of Consolidated Mortgage. His responsibilities include overseeing all loan originations, portfolio management, long-term strategic planning and daily operations of the real estate investment company.

Prior to joining Consolidated Mortgage, Mr. Huygens was the corporate Chief Financial Officer of Rhodes Homes responsible for all areas of accounting; treasury and finance including cash management, sourcing and closing debt transactions and managing equity partner relationships. He also oversaw the areas of escrow, financial analysis, and golf course and trade subsidiary performance, and was integrally involved in major business decisions and corporate strategy.

Mr. Huygens was also a manager of assurance and advisory services at Deloitte & Touche, LLP.  His duties included coordinating the firm's efforts on numerous financial transactions including initial public offerings, public and private debt offerings, and purchase and merger transactions.  He also performed and oversaw audits on public and private clients in a wide range of industries, with a specialization in real estate construction and gaming.

Before working for Deloitte & Touche, Mr. Huygens accumulated several years experience in the land development and construction industries with Del Webb Corporation and High Country Investments.

Mr. Huygens has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Santa Clara University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Donna Duva-Mikhail

Donna Duva-Mikhail is the Chief Financial Officer of Consolidated Mortgage. Her responsibilities include overseeing all financial functions of the company to include servicing of the loans originated by Consolidated Mortgage.

Prior to working for Consolidated Mortgage, Mrs. Duva-Mikhail was the Chief Financial Officer and Controller of five international companies. She also owned and operated her own business providing financial consulting services as well as establishing small businesses for her clients.

With over 25 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, Mrs. Duva-Mikhail has been accredited with the Who's Who in America, Who's Who in Finance and Industry and The World Who's Who of Women.

Paul Hamilton

Paul Hamilton is the Chief Investment Officer for Consolidated Mortgage. In his role he oversees Investor Relations ensuring the funding requirements of over $500 million annually in real estate projects throughout the United States. Mr. Hamilton’s 12 years of experience in real estate funding provides Consolidated Mortgage with extensive Investor knowledge and a keen ability to provide Consolidated Mortgage Investors with superior customer service.

Mr. Hamilton is an active member of the Las Vegas community. He serves on the board of the Candlelighters of Southern Nevada and volunteers his time and resources to numerous organizations in the Las Vegas community.
