Todd B. Parriott

Todd B. Parriott is the Chief Executive Officer of Consolidated Mortgage, LLC.  As a leader and a visionary, Mr. Parriott has developed and implemented focused business strategies and products paving the way for Consolidated Mortgage to become one of the largest private trust deed investment firms in the United States.

With his comprehensive real estate investment knowledge and strong customer relationship management skills, he continues to create opportunities for investors, lenders, developers and homeowners. In the process, Mr. Parriott has created a unique blend of companies to provide a broad range of investment and lending opportunities in Southern Nevada.  These include Sandstone Equity Investors, LLC, Desert Capital REIT, Inc., CMC Financial Services, Inc., Residential Capital Mortgage Corporation, and various opportunity funds and note offerings.

Prior to his career in the real estate sector, Mr. Parriott was involved in the gaming industry where he was responsible for analyzing customer data and market position to forecast marketing requirements, and he assisted in preparing market analysis in preparation for the merger of two of the largest gaming companies in the world.

Mr. Parriott received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. 

Rocky R. Derrick

Rocky R. Derrick is the Senior Vice President of Origination and Portfolio Management of Consolidated Mortgage, LLC.  In this role he is responsible for managing the underwriting process and the portfolio of real estate investments currently totaling more than $500 million.  This includes managing and developing work-out solutions and exit strategies on properties taken back through foreclosure, negotiating purchase contracts, and structuring joint venture agreements with development partners. 

Prior to joining Consolidated Mortgage, Mr. Derrick conducted market and feasibility analysis consulting for Vegas Grand, a $500 million residential development, as well as for Private Capital Group, a $100 million real estate investment fund.  Mr. Derrick also served as Vice President of Development and Acquisitions for Seegmiller Partners, where he managed the development of a $110 million mixed-use 24-story high-rise development. 

Mr. Derrick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications at the University of Utah, and a Master of Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California, where he graduated with honors.  Mr. Derrick is a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Donna Duva-Mikhail

Donna Duva-Mikhail is the Vice President of Accounting and Loan Servicing of Consolidated Mortgage, LLC. Her responsibilities include overseeing all financial functions of the company to include servicing of the loans originated by Consolidated Mortgage.

Prior to working for Consolidated Mortgage, Mrs. Duva-Mikhail was the Chief Financial Officer and Controller of five international companies. She also owned and operated her own business providing financial consulting services as well as establishing small businesses for her clients.

With over 25 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, Mrs. Duva-Mikhail has been accredited with the Who's Who in America, Who's Who in Finance and Industry and The World Who's Who of Women.

Greg Herlean

Greg Herlean is the Senior Vice President of the Diversified Investment Group at Consolidated Mortgage, LLC.  His responsibilities include overseeing capital fundraising, managing investor relations, and participating as an active Member of the Consolidated Mortgage Investment Committee.  

Mr. Herlean has over 10 years experience in real estate investing with privately held investment firms totaling approximately $200 million in real estate transactions. He has actively managed, provided capital structuring, conducted extensive investment research and raised capital for equity funds primarily in the Western United States. His depth of experience has been enhanced by his broad network of investment resources and lending institutions worldwide. Mr. Herlean has extensive experience in raising capital, providing strong fundamentals for future growth.

Prior to joining Consolidated Mortgage, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Herlean Financial Services, a Las Vegas-based investment firm. He was responsible for overseeing more than $70 million in real estate projects under management throughout the Western United States.

Mr. Herlean is an active member of the Las Vegas community conducting seminars on capital development, investment opportunities with self-directed IRAs and estate planning insurance. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix.
