Suitability

Consolidated Mortgage's suitability guidelines for Trust Deed Investors determine whether the Investor's financial conditions warrant the risk of the investment. One of the following minimum suitability standards must be achieved:

Net worth (not including home, furnishings and personal automobiles) of at least $45,000 and annual gross income of at least $45,000;
- or -
Net worth (not including home, furnishings and personal automobiles) of at least $150,000.

Consolidated Mortgage requires a $10,000 minimum investment. Investments over $100,000 receive a preferred annual rate of return.
